Frequently asked questions
Do you offer print packages?
We do not currently offer prints. All photos will be delivered with a link to your own online gallery. You will be given an individualized PIN number to complete downloads.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
We are based in the Richmond/Rosenberg area. Travel into the greater Houston area can be arranged but may incur an additional fee depending on the location.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Yes! Although we do have our standard pricing packages listed on the website, we can most certainly try to accommodate any requests for your session.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
This is dependent on the package chosen and the volume of clients and can vary, especially around the holidays. If you have purchased a basic photo package, you can expect a turnaround time of about 1.5 weeks. If you have selected the premium package, we anticipate a 2 -3 -week turnaround, minimum.
